We offer adult classes for adult of all levels.
You sign up for the classes one quarter at a time:
Quarter 1: no session in week 7
11 training sessions for DKK 900
Quarter 2:
12 training sessions for DKK 900
The price does not include Bison Boulders membership/entrance and climbing shoes, which must be purchased separately.
First Ascenders
Mondays 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
This team is aimed at participants who are new to climbing and would like to learn basic technique and safety. There is a strong focus on the social environment. Training is adapted to create a calm and inclusive learning space for everyone.
Starts in Q2, First session 13th April - Last session 29th June
Next Level with Sören
Tuesdays 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
This team is for climbers who have reached a basic level and want more structure and technical development. Most participants climb around grades 5 and 6, while a few climb grade 7. The team acts as a bridge between beginner level and more advanced programs.
In Q1, First session 13th January - Last session 31th Marts
In Q2, First session 14th April - Last session 2th July
Off the Wall Physical Training with Dennis from Klatreskader.dk
Thursdays 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
This training program is designed for climbers who want to become stronger, more resilient, and injury-free — without being on the wall.
You train with a fixed group once a week, focusing on strength, stability, mobility, and finger resilience. The entire program is based on your personal training plan, which is available in the training app A Stronger Climber.
We test you continuously, introduce a new theme each week, and adjust your plan according to your goals and your data.
